SWEAT & SING
A combo music and fitness class for parents, babies, and tots taught in collaboration with Tough Mama Fitness.

How does it work?
This program runs in 6 class sessions. It is 90 minutes for you and your child to bond together and meet new families! Find community and connection, strength and creativity together with your children in SWEAT & SING.
We begin class with a 45 minute baby and toddler friendly music class lead by Kaylee Read to share, explore and create. We learn to grow our voices in a healthy and fun way while playing and learning about various instruments. There is parachute time, dance parties, musical games, and more!
The second half focuses on the parents as you move your body, get strong, and connect with other mamas in an exercise class by Michelle Coels (Tough Mama Fitness). Your kids will watch your prioritize your health, while they get to play independently with the other children! No matter your fitness level, Michelle will offer a variety of modifications to make the workout work for you! This is class is safe for expecting mothers as well as those in the post-partum stage.
WHERE DO WE GO?
We are so excited to be teaching the class out of Michelle's new studio LIFE SOCIETY which is inside Evolve Strength in Seton, SE Calgary. This is a beautiful space with a variety of impressive fitness equipment!
HOW TO SIGN UP?
You can register for any of our sessions BEFORE the first class. Otherwise, we also offer single drop-in rates for families who aren't able to commit to the full session. SIGN UP TODAY!
